Jennifer Felker, ACTAR has been awarded full accreditation as a Traffic Accident Reconstructionist by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR #4429).

Jennifer has worked approximately 20 years in the Traffic Accident Reconstruction Industry. She has previous experience as a police dispatcher. Jennifer has been in a law enforcement family for over 15 years. 

Jennifer has over 700 hours of training specifically in the area of Traffic Accident Investigation and Reconstruction from institutions including Los Medanos College, University of California-Riverside, Northwestern University Center for Public Safety (NUCPS), the Institute of Police Technology and Management (IPTM), and Collision Safety Institute.  She is both a certified Crash Data Retrieval (CDR) technician and analyst.  Additionally, Jennifer is a certified video analyst by Axon (previously iNPUT-ACE).

Jennifer is a member of the California Association of Accident Reconstruction Specialists (CA2RS) and the National Association of Professional Accident Reconstruction Specialists (NAPARS).
